It's now one year since we have associated with each other
and thought of making a small note of appreciation while extending our contract.
When you had made the initial presentation to us, we were under the impression that this is another software company trying to sell off their products and we were reluctant. In the subsequent rounds of meeting, knowing that you provide only consultancy on both software & hardware, that was the time we had terrible problems going on the existing software, as every week there were big debates going on between our EDP/ERP team and the software vendor, whereby both of them were trying to pass over the ball to the other person stating that either it was an application error or software error. When it was affecting the business to a greater extent, we used to conduct review meetings with the vendor and our team, where every meeting took 2/3 hrs to end and that too with luke-warm solutions.
Subsequent to your induction to the district, we have realized the troubles categorically that how much problems were on the software side and how much problems were on the application side. Within a quarter you have ensured smooth operations, which otherwise we were struggling for past 2 yrs.
We were wondering that your service charges were additional charges to the organization, whereas now we have realized that it was complimenting to our existing system with value addition & hence we certainly appreciate your sincere efforts on making this entire IT related assignments to run smooth & flawless.
