3 years back, Visual IQ was searching for an IT Support partner to take care of the complete IT Infrastructure in our Kochi Office. At that time we had a lot of challenges that was related to the quality of the support provided to the end users, who are predominantly tech-savvy developers. While we were doing the evaluation we did go through many IT Partners who appeared to have the necessary expertise to take the IT Helpdesk to the next level. Eventually we settled on Inspace, which was a totally new partner that we stumbled upon during this process. Their clarity of objectives, willingness to see things from client perspective and responsiveness stood out in the discussions as well as the engagement that we had for the past 3 years. In fact the question that came up initially was - how can a partner who does not have presence in Kochi, benefit us? This was a risk that we took. Which in hind sight was a good risk to take, as they stood out in quality when compared to the local support that we have received from other local partners over the years. Yes, initially it was challenging for them. But they were able to get this under their control of their process to make it beneficial for us.
